Must be able to process business transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, and receipts through the ERP system. The Accounting clerk will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial audit support.

• Provide general ledger entry preparation and postings.

• Accounts payable invoice reconciliation, matching, and data entry.

• Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems.

• Accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

• Enter key financial transactions and data in the ERP system.

• Research, track and restore accounting problems and discrepancies.

• Assist accountant and AR/AP Manager in performing accounts receivable invoicing, posting, and credit memos.

• Perform banking deposits.

• Serve as the office administrator when the HR Assistant is not available.

• Provide clerical and administrative support.
